Refunds:

• Any program cancelled by the club will be refunded in full to affected registrants.

• Full-Year Competitive and Pre-Competitive

  • Prior to November 30: require full payment to the end of the month of the withdrawal and will include any financial commitments made by the club on behalf of the athlete

  • After November 30: no refund

  • Extra Routines (solos and duets) are non-refundable

• Intro to Artistic Swimming and Camp Participants:

  • Withdrawals occurring after the beginning of the third lesson will not be refunded

  • Membership dues paid to Alberta Artistic Swimming are non-refundable
