AAS fees: Swimmers must annually register with Alberta Artistic Swimming. 2023-24 season = $102.20+GST (Paid directly to AAS.) Please register as “competitive athlete”.
Club fees: vary by age group (see below).
*Club fees do not include extra routines (optional), wardrobe costs, uniforms, travel costs, or fundraising commitment.

First Practice: Thursday Sept 7, 2023 at Kinsmen Leisure Centre
**Note: Thurs Sept 7, 14 & 21 practices are at Kinsmen Leisure Centre due to annual maintenance at Millennium Place.
2023/24 Club fees: $1500/year.
Initial $100 online registration fee + e-transfer payment of $200 by Sept 1st, then:
Option A: $150 monthly payments x 8 (Oct 1st through to May 1st).
Option B: $600 payments x 2 (by Oct 1st & by Jan 1st).
Option C: $1200 payments x 1 (by Oct 1st).

A $200 competitive team performance wardrobe fee is due Nov 1st (after team selections are completed in October).
This fee includes team performance swimsuit, alterations, bun cover, coloured team Synatics swim cap, team make-up (excluding waterproof mascara & eyeliner).
*This fee does not include Synatics uniform, figures wardrobe (e.g black swimsuit, white swim cap), nose clips, goggles, or hair gelling & other competition supplies.
*Performance swimsuits & other wardrobe needs for extra routines (eg. solo, duet) are additional costs.

Swim-the-Dream: $200
Swim-the-Dream is an annual swim-a-thon, mandatory Club fundraiser for both competitive & pre-competitive Synatics athletes.
Each competitive swimmer is required to raise a minimum of $200 for this Club fundraiser; pledges an athlete raises over $200 will go towards their individual Synatics account balance.
2. Annual Competitive Fundraising Commitment: $700
There will be several fundraising opportunities throughout the season to meet this Club fundraising commitment. No swimmer who chooses to participate in the fundraising opportunities should need to pay out-of-pocket to meet their fundraising obligation.
The season’s fundraising opportunities & the fees for not meeting fundraising obligations will be reviewed at the start of the season.
Swimmers may opt-out of the competitive Club fundraising commitment; the opt-out fee is $700.

Extra routines (solo or duet) are offered for competitive swimmers only. Interested swimmers must have parental permission to apply.
Extra routines are only offered depending on the availability of coaching & pool time and are at the Head Coach’s discretion. Swimmers will be notified in October.
Practice times: Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at Millennium Place following regular practice times (approx 0.5-1.0 hr/week).
2023/24 Extra Routine Fee: $400/swimmer
*performance wardrobe (e.g. swimsuit, bun cover, make-up) for extra routines is an additional cost.
