Recreational Masters

Recreational Masters is fun, friendly programming offered to swimmers aged 18-70+ who want to try something new or to continue in the sport! No experience is required.

Training options and fees:

Sessional training on Sundays (830am-10am at Millennium Place): This is great for beginners or those early in their artistic swimming experience. However, all levels of experience are welcome!

  • Fall session (10 weeks): Oct 5 – Dec 14, 2025 (omit day Oct 12); Club fee = $200

  • Winter session (9 weeks): Jan 4 – Mar 8, 2026 (omit day Feb 15); Club fee = $180 

  • Spring Session (6 weeks): Mar 22 - May 3, 2026 (omit day Apr 5); Club fee = $120

Full season training on Thursdays (815pm-930pm at Millennium Place): This is best for experience artistic swimmers.

  • Full season dates: Oct 2, 2025 - May 7, 2026 ( omit days Dec 25, Jan 1, Mar 26; Nov 13 earlier practice 7-830pm)

  • Total program fee = $560/season. Online payment of $100 to initially register, then various payment options are available (see below)

**Recreational Masters swimmers must register annually with Alberta Artistic Swimming & Canada Artistic Swimming. 2025-26 season = $36.50/yr+admin fee. Paid directly to AAS via RAMP InterActive. Choose “Alberta Artistic Swimming 2025-2026” season and “Recreational Swimmer” division membership. Memberships are valid Sept 1, 2025-Aug 31, 2026.

*Club fees do not include training swimsuit, cap/nose clip, optional performance wardrobe, or optional club attire. Fundraising is optional to help cover program fees (contact Club for more information.)

    INITIAL: $100 online registration fee*

    FOLLOWED BY future e-transfer payments** that follow a schedule option that works best for you:

    Option A: $115 payments x 4 (by Nov 1st, Dec 1st, Feb 1st, and Mar 1st).

    Option B: $230 payments x 2 (by Nov 1st & by Jan 1st).

    Option C: $460 payments x 1 (by Nov 1st).

    *Online registration fee is non-refundable.
