Recreational Masters

Recreational Masters is fun, friendly programming offered to swimmers aged 18-70+ who want to try something new or to continue in the sport! No experience is required.

Training options and fees:

Sundays (830am-10am at Millennium Place): This is great for beginners or those early in their artistic swimming experience. However, all levels of experience are welcome!

  • Fall session (10 weeks): Oct 4 – Dec 13, 2026 (omit day Oct 11); Club fee = $225

  • Winter session (9 weeks): Jan 3 – Mar 7, 2027 (omit day Feb 14); Club fee = $200 

  • Spring Session (6 weeks): Mar 21 - May 2, 2027 (omit day Mar 28); Club fee = $135

Full season training on Thursdays (815pm-930pm at Millennium Place): This is best for experience artistic swimmers.

  • Full season dates: Oct 1, 2025 - May 13, 2026 ( omit days Dec 24, Dec 31)

    Total program fee = $525/season. Online payment of $100 to initially register, then various payment options are available (see below)

**Recreational Masters swimmers must register annually with Alberta Artistic Swimming & Canada Artistic Swimming. 2026-27 season = $38.48/yr+admin fee. Paid directly to AAS via RAMP InterActive. Choose “Alberta Artistic Swimming 2026-2027” season and “Recreational Swimmer” division membership. Memberships are valid Sept 1, 2026-Aug 31, 2027.

*Club fees do not include training swimsuit, cap/nose clip, optional performance wardrobe, or optional club attire. Fundraising is optional to help cover program fees (contact Club for more information.)
